My 19 year old son also lives with me. I provide shelter, food , and utilities. He already filed his taxes on his own, Do I have to list him on my tax form

Depends if you can claim him as a dependent.  Is he a full time student?  How much was his income?  If you can claim him then he had to check the box on his return that says he can be claimed on someone else's return.  Did he file as a dependent?

I cannot claim him because he made too much. He filed as single and is a partime student. Do I have to list him? he lived with me the whole year.

No you do not list him at all if he is not your dependent.
