An extension to file is not an extension for payment so your tax would still be due on April 18th so if you need time to pay, I would apply for the installment agreement now. The information can be found at https://www.irs.gov/individuals/payment-plans-installment-agreements

Thank you! I filed for an 120 extension.

Do i wait to file until i pay? not sure how this works
