Yes, We are volunteers here but we can answer most questions and be faster than calling in.  I've been posting here for over 10 years.  Just read though some of the questions and answers posted.  Sometimes there are Turbo Tax employees answering questions here too.  And they sometimes have special event days where they have several employees answering on a specific topic.  So give the Forum a try.
