I lost all of the income data that I put in yesterday. When I closed out the file I saved my work. I started to recreate the tax return and now I can not download from my bank.

Are you getting a specific error message when trying to import from your bank? If so, please provide the error message you're receiving.

I do not get an error code. The reply says “data not available“. I did not have problems with the other financial institutions. I entered the information manually. Thanks for your response!
