TaxAct or TaxSlayer for tax year 2020 which is a better alternative

I have given up on getting my retail packaged boxed copy of TurboTax Premier for Tax Year 2020 to work, I am considering TaxAct or TaxSlayer. I have to transfer in rental property depreciation, not looking forward to this. Also recently widowed. But I have to move away from the failed Turbotax for TY 2020. It does not look like they are making progress getting the activation problems solved. Does anyone have a recommendation on either TaxAct or TaxSlayer. I am leaning towards TaxAct. I have not had to think about this for over 15 years, It is like starting from ground zero / scratch.
