I have bee trying for nsevwrak week now to get a six digits code from Turbox they tell people to wait for five minutes or less and no code after you file

Another way to get a verification code is to change it to be sent to your mobile phone.

Verify your email and phone numbers are correct in your account and  LOOK in the SPAM folder as they sometimes go there.

I do not know what my 15 digit code is.  I bought turbo tax from costco downloaded the program.  There was no mention of a 15 digit code drig the download
