Tax on COVID Stimulus Check

My Federal Tax refund for 2020 shows $401. When I include my Stimulus money of $3600, I owe $3199. Is this correct?

No. Stimulus money is not taxable so you are misinterpreting something. Look at your actual Form 1040. What do you see on line 30? What do you see on line 34? Or on line 37?
