I haven't been able to complete my taxes this year I started 6 months ago and been having problems finally I got down to the end and they wanted my my earned income from the year before I got lost in the IRS web page and by the time I made it back to TurboTax I forgot my user ID there's so many of them and these people are showing up on my second every time I verify they give me my I'm giving my phone number I verify and then they want to verify one more time and that second time that they verify it comes up with that processor.com and I tell the people at TurboTax about it and they just beat me off like it's nothing and even on the phone with customer service and we couldn't figure out why the email wasn't going to cuz I thought it was at my Gmail but then I went back and looked after we hung up and it was showing the that it was going to proctor.com and I looked it up I had to look it up nobody could tell me at TurboTax that's what's got me kind of leary cuz I had to look it up and it came up on a page about an Italian company in Italy and then they went to the bottom of the page and it said TurboTax fishing scam now I want a customer service representative not know that and advised me of it instead of just played me off like they work at home you know they're multitasking they're on another call or something but that's the way I got my handle and I still can't get in now I'm going in to do my taxes all over again because I couldn't hit the last button cuz I needed to put Masters on income I'm at Winston and I want to report it to someone but there's no place to report anything so I must tell the IRS as much as I hate to I have to my money
