I was working with a tax expert for hours yesterday. She seemed unfamiliar with my tax situations and told me she need to speak with her supervisor and that she would send me a message the next day in the afternoon to speak again. Didn't hear from her until almost 7pm...it said she had sent me a message. 6 minutes later I received another message saying that my Full Service experience has been closed. I cannot view the message or contact her. What is going on? Is this a common experience? Feels like a huge waste of time and I will I be charged for this non service?

Was working with an expert for over a month - I started March 5 2025, today is April 9 2025 (less than a week before filing deadline) ... I uploaded all my information and spoke with the "expert" (Melanie) on March 5 ... had the expert review my case and had all the files and documentation she needed ... a few weeks went by ... decided to schedule a call to see how progress was going on or around March 21 ... spoke with the expert and the expert assured me everything was "looking good " and that they just needed to have their "QR" Team (Quality Review) review my final numbers before submitting ... waited 2 weeks ... nothing from QR ... expert told me she was still waiting ... come April 8 (a week before filing deadline) I set up ANOTHER appointment with my expert Melanie, and then got the message "We’ve closed your Full Service experience, but our tax experts can still help" ... is this some kind of a sick joke? I've heard of other posts where tax experts ditched them but this is on another level
This very same thing happened to me. My tax expert was assigned to me last week for our appointment that took place yesterday. We had an appointment booked for 9am, but there was no link to join the meeting. I let my expert know via chat and we rescheduled for 1:00. We spent over an hour together and then she told me she was finished but unable to share her screen, but said that she would send me the doc. ready to file. Then she chatted me with a question and she told me we could discuss it during our next call. What next call? We never scheduled a second call. I tried to follow up with her via chat, but never heard back. I've logged on several times today to check to see if there's a new message, because I keep getting text alerts that I have a new message waiting for me. The last time I logged in I was assigned to a new person entirely. Then suddenly I get an email saying they have closed my full service, which I never requested. What is going on?! I am so frustrated. The live chat option is gone, and it's like I am back to square one.
