Tax amend site down?

I am trying to download the software to amend my taxes, but I keep getting this error "

This site can’t be reached

nexus.intuit.net’s server IP address could not be found."

The reason for the error is that the 1040X form for amending is not yet available in TurboTax. I do not have a date for you at this time but we do anticipate that it will be available soon.

Do I need to file Alabama taxes? I'm an electrician, the company I work for's office is in AL, but I only ever worked at a job site in Florida. I live in FL too.
