Issue is global and hopefully not a hack/crack. As the IRS began transmitting DD this week and it was also mentioned several weeks ago that this would be the method, therefore allowing time for the hackers to prepare. Hopefully it's just a matter of unprecedented traffic on their networks and they are working on a quick resolution. It it amazing to have the phones and networks down though. But i'm sure they do not get 50+ million transactions/request at any given point either. I'll keep checking throughout the day(s). A communication from them would be nice though. We'll probably see the headlines on the local news real soon.
UPDATE: Just saw the headline on NBC referring to the IRS confirming issues with their Payment site due to the somehow unexpected volume. I'm sure it was a matter of lack of planning. They surely should've ramped up their networks for this. Nevertheless that's the latest I've found. I suspect that it will progressively get better as they are ramping up in real time now.
UPDATE:
I recieved my deposit today around 2pm eastern.
I chose the turbo card due to getting a refund advance. I checked the IRS tool this morning and it said the payment had been sent to a bank account ending in the last 4 of my social.
So its here. I've already paid some Bill's with it. It's coming:)

I've tried since yesterday, and i'm about ready to pull my hair out! I know this is life, but let's face it, we've all had some pretty big stress going on since this virus and this is just one more frustration. Turbo, please fix this soon!

Mine will not let me in and says someone’s email and not mine they need to get this fixed never again will I do taxes with them at all.
The Turbo Card app/site is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we appreciate your patience. If you are experiencing any issues please wait a bit and try again.
Alright I have an update: the IRS is sending my check, but in the mail, not direct deposit even though I gave them my direct deposit information for my turbo card.
