Where do I enter tax prepayments made in 2018 using IT-40ES?

Because of underpayments for 2017, I was forced to pay $499 four times (a total of $1996) to Indiana Department of Revenue for 2018 taxes using form IT-40 ES.  I am not finding a place in the Turbo Tax state tax entry for 2018 taxes to get credit for these repayments.  And it's charging me a $69 penalty again for underpayment.  Help please?

Sure, you actually enter those in the Federal section at the same time you enter your Federal estimated payments (although you might not have any). Here's the instructions on getting there:
