Did you get a W2 or are you retired?  Just enter the W2 exactly as shown.  Or did you get a 1099R for retired?

No one can call you from the user forum.   In fact the filter removed your number for your own protection since this is a public web site and it can be seen by anyone--including scammers and identity thieves who would like to call you and pretend to be from TurboTax.
