I had the same rejection. I checked my 2020 return and it had not been cleared by the IRS. The AGI was not a match. Hope this helps.
Are you saying the error message is incorrect. What actually happened is that the AGI didn't match?
It's 3/25 now and I checked but there was no update available. Wondering when this promised "product release" will take place. I've always heard people say how good Turbotax has been in the past years, and this is my first attempt at it, but it couldn't even catch the error in my return. How much should I believe in their "maximum refund guaranteed" slogan?
@Katina S do you guys even read our comments? It's been mentioned multiple times in this thread. The error code is SCHCA/NR-043.

same issue here. I was rejected last week, and turbotax shows the update on 3/24 will fix it. But I was rejected again, and turbotax shows the 3/25 update will fix it. Is there an update today???
If you are receiving the error SCHCA/NR-043 when attempting to file your state return, this is now a known issue. Please know our developers are working hard on getting this resolved. Thank you for your patience while they work on getting this fixed for you all.

Still getting this error even after I received a message from Intuit that it would be fixed in a 3/25 update.
We'd like to take a deeper look at your specific situation. Please attach screenshots, detailed instructions on where you are in the TurboTax Program, and a token number. (This token number gives us your tax file with all your personal information removed)
TurboTax Online:
Click Tax Tools in the menu to the left.
Click Tools, and then
Click Share my file with Agent.
A pop-up message will appear. Click OK to send the sanitized diagnostic copy to us.
Provide the token number that is generated onto this thread.
TurboTax Desktop:
Select Online menu if the customer is using Windows. Select “Help” if using a Mac.
Select Send Tax File to Agent.
A pop-up message will appear, and the customer will select, Send. If using Mac "Send Tax File to TurboTax Agent"
Note: Desktop will save a file to your computer unless you uncheck the box.
Another message will appear. Provide the token number that is generated onto this thread.
