Is there a Turbotax 2018 package that includes Federal, One State AND Federal & State efile?

Last year my TurboTax Deluxe permitted Federal and State e-filing as part of the program. This year the Deluxe (with one state) indicates I need to purchase State e-file separately. Is this a change? Is there a Turbotax product for 2018 that includes both the Federal and State (one state) e-file without having to purchase a separate package?

Using the desktop editions there is no e-file charge for the federal tax return and one state program download is included in the purchase price (except the Basic edition)  There is an e-file charge for a state tax return of either $19.99 or $24.99 deepening on when the state return is e-filed.  The state e-file charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.

State e-filing is always an extra fee, but you can avoid that by printing and mailing your return. 

If you use Turbotax online, state e-filing is included in the price of the state module, but the online program is generally more expensive unless you qualify for free federal filing, and has less capabilities than the desktop program.

Well, we should also probably remember that NY is an exception to the desktop software state e-filing charge.
