Standard Deduction not presented when Married Filing Separatley

There is no Standard Deduction option for Married Filing Separately--How can this Standard Deduction be activated vs Itemizing (which is the only option it gives me) ?

When asked if either of you was itemizing did you say Yes? You both have to file the same way.
