Where are the Medicare part B,C,D premiums deducted amounts located on the SSA-1099?

Would they be in the "Description of Amount in Box3?"

My son receives SSDI and his SSA-1099 does not list any Medicare deductions.

If Medicare is being deducted from the SS benefits, it will be shown in that big box on the left side of the SSA1099 that says "Description of Amount in Box 3" just below box 3.
