Am I still allowed to file married jointly for 2019 taxes if my spouse died in 2019? No children involved.

In the year of a spouse's passing you can file your tax return as Married Filing Jointly. Since your spoused passed away in 2019 you can file as Married Filing Jointly on the 2019 tax return.
For tax year 2020, if you have not remarried or you do not have a qualifying person as your dependent you would file as Single.
My husband had a account with you under aol.com, but I could not get into it because of the password. So I filed my taxes under my name this year even though he passed in Nov 2019 is there going to be a problem? My taxes have been e filed an still pending. HELP
That should be ok. Did you file a Joint return? There seems to be a problem with Efiling when one spouse died during the year. You might have to print and mail your return this year.
