Software issue

I'm stuck in a loop regarding form 2439, straddles, ISO, selling investments, and investment losses. I answered no to each question but it keeps looping around these questions.

I want to amend my NY state tax return for 2023 but not the Federal return. How can I do that in TurboTax? It seems like I can only do both, not one or the other.
