I filed my taxes on time along with a Installment Agreement but didn't not make a payment. I finished my Routing # and account number of my bank with the Installment Agreement. I received a letter statement saying that I have not made a payment and they want the whole amount due plus the penalty by the 24th. I did at some point receive a letter stating that the Installment Agreement was approved. What do I do?
