Should I enter the Special Depreciation amount show in TT for one of the assets when asked about Additional depreciation after 1975?

For one of my rental asset, I am being asked the question if there are any "Additional depreciation after 1975". I checked the asset section in Turbo Tax and there is a Special Depreciation amount shown for this asset. Should I enter this Special Depreciation in the Additional depreciation after 1975 line?

If the Special Depreciation should indeed be added to the Additional depreciation after 1975 line, shouldn't TT automatically do this. I just want to make sure that this is what I should enter when TT is asking the question Additional depreciation after 1975.
