Should I be concerned with submitting a w9 with shopyourway.com after winning a prize? I’m trying to figure out if this site is a scam or real

Did you already receive prize money and are just now getting a request for a Form W-9? 

If so, I do not recommend that you reply to the e-mail request for a Form W-9. 

It is hard to tell if this is a legitimate request, but as a general rule you should not provide your name, address and SSN in response to an "after-the-fact" email request.  If someone (i.e. a Payer) needed that information because of a prize payment, they should have asked for it before-hand.
