No I’m not commenting on an old thread you all don’t know how to fix it.
Does not work
From what I am reading, calling customer support will be too time consuming and get you nowhere. I'm inclined to just start over with another online service, rather than spend hours trying to get Turbo Tax to work.
Have you tried another browser?
Did you clear your browser's cache and delete cookies?
Tried all of that everything even a different computer.
