Extension on payment for turbo tax fees

The government took my federal taxes and I am now stuck paying the turbo tax fees. Can I get an extension on this payment? The original date its due is 4/7/2017 and I wanted to extend it to 5/5/2017

I was unaware that TurboTax was not paid the fees for my filing and the IRS taking my return. Can I get an additional extension of 14 days from 6/19/17 to pay the fees?
