This is what I get when I try to efile. Also, I don’t have the option to pay for my federal return

I followed the suggestions and it still didn’t work.  I’ve tried the 800-number 6 times. It gets my email wrong repeatedly and then disconnects me.  In the 10 years of using this prior have never had any problems!
