My issue is with Schedule E Activity Worksheet.
I don't know if the issue is Turbo Tax or the IRS. I've sent copies of complaints, and requested my Senator and Representative investigate. I've heard from both that they have assigned a staffer to investigate. If it's a Turbo Tax problem, shame on them. If it's an IRS problem, they should be fired, crucified in the media, and hung out for all to see!
My suggestion is to notify your senator/representative of the issue.
I am getting the error message in MD. Any resolutions?
No resolution yet....ive been trying since the 15th
@kdgrif no resolution yet...ive been trying since the 15th
Just got off the phone with a rep and was told March 17th for Maryland.
TT need to stop playing games. First it was said to try Feb. 10th, then Feb 24th, now March 17th. I am really disappointed with them at this point and this is unacceptable because no other company is having these issues.
@edietrich196 no idea when it will be available. Ive been waiting a few weeks and their tax experts can tell me any new information
For anyone having this issue you can click file from the menu.
When it gives you the option to efile or file by mail click file by mail.
It will then give you the option to efile your federal and save your state to file later. To do it this way you do have to pay upfront which can still be done out of your return but if your in need of your federal refund you can efile federal and keep checking back in to see when the form is available
I, too, am in Iowa; was also getting the error message; and am checking back today...2/25/22. Still no success.
I'm in the eastern part of the state, with Marianette Miller Meeks or whatever. Didn't bother with her. Cindy Axne might help you. Good luck with Joni...

Today 2/26/2022 I'm in Iowa and still cannot efile due to this Activity Sheet issue for Schedule E. As some members suggested, I efiled the federal return and will come back to efile Iowa later.
Im having the same problem in MD. Anyone solve this?
Same problem, I did speak with Angel at Turbo - didn't think she'd have an answer - she was very cordial and helpful...seems it's not a Turbo problem, but a Federal worksheet omission. Her reply after 'looking' - only thing we can do is WAIT...I read from someone on our messages - mid March?!! We did electronically file Federal, paid our $20 to file MD but still get the same message stopping the MD from being filed electronically.
Can always file MD by mail but $20 was paid to do it electronically - so guess we wait a while longer?!?
I'm currently have the exact same problem...
