Sch NJ-DOP: column d - Price cannot be greater than the federal amount

Turbotax isn't allowing me to efile because of the error message: Sch NJ-DOP: column d - Price cannot be greater than the federal amount

There are 8 such errors--- I can edit any amount over 0 which clears the error, but several of the errors already have the amount set to 0 and I cannot edit them-- which means I cannot clear the error to file. I haven't a clue how to fix this!
