Arizona return rejected twice; Federal accepted. Error states no Schedule A was attached.

I took standard deduction. I checked the PDF printout and it does indeed have the Federal Schedule A attached at the end of it. Why is TurboTax telling me the rejection reason is "Code 603 - ATT - An AZ Schedule A series or Federal Schedule A, Itemized Deduction form, was not attached to the return."?

Arizona return rejected twice; Federal accepted. Error states no Schedule A was attached.

I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

TurboTax Online
1. Sign into your online account.
2. Locate the Tax Tools on the left hand side of the screen.
3. A Drop down will appear. Click on Share my file with agent.
5. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK, the tax file gets sanitized and transmitted to us.
6. Please provide the Token Number that was generated onto a response.

@sdendy1 @talovestb I received a notification that they have made some server updates to the Arizona e-file servers and I resubmitted. Hoping it goes through this time. You should try the same.

Heads up. It may take up to a day to update, as noted in the FAQ below now. In case it rejects again, then just wait a day to resubmit, please.

My Arizona return was accepted at 7:58 PM EST.

Same problem. I will also follow the steps listed above but this seems to be a TurboTax system issue since so many of us are experiencing this.
