Reporting Foreign Earned Income for past years

Hi My daughter is planning on using my turbo tax to file her taxes. She (Is US citizen) and lived her life from the age of 14 to now (Age 36) in foreign country and never filed TAX return. Now she has moved to US. Does she need to report her foreign earned income in the past years? if so, How?

including the foreign financial accounts reporting, see comparison of the FATCA (Form 8938) and FBAR requirements.
catching up on prior year returns. Each one will need to be done individually.
