How can I report stocks sold?, can I use Turbo deluxe or do I need Premium?

In order to report stocks sold, you will need Premier.

You can use Deluxe to file taxes with sold stocks included. You will get some kind of message about upgrading to Premier to better be able to track your cost basis (or some such message) but I didn't upgrade and just e-filed without issue. I had sold several lots of stock in early 2019, so I know it all worked fine.
