Rental not showing net loss

Hi, I have multiple rental properties.

The first rental property I had a net income like -200. When I entered the second one, it should also have some net loss, however, the assert/deprecation part automatically get adjusted by turbo tax to make my net income 0.

I am not sure if there is a turbo tax bug or not. My understanding is turbo tax should honor my original input on the the asset depreciation part. If the loss can't be deducted, it will be carried over. Rather than self adjusted to make my net income 0.
