REMOVE FORM 3800

I had inadvertently populated a credit from a partnership that flows to for m3800.  I removed the code and amount on the partnership K-1 worksheet but the 3800 will not remove the amount and the software will not allow me to remove forms 3800 pages 1-3.  This will cause me to not be able to e-file.  How can I get rid of the 3800 form?
