I was unable to log in to my account after several hours. I kept gewtting the same notice that my log in times had been too many and to wait 15 minutes which never elapsed. Refund my money because I am instructing my credit card company to NOT pay your fee. I'm thinking TurboTax has turned into a scam. Very disappointed. I've already filed with another company and I won't be using your outfit ever again.
