Recovery rebate credit

I'm a non filer I used turbo to do my taxes so I could get the recovery rebate credit.the irs took it all for back taxes.will they fix it and send me my refund

Recovery rebate credit

The Recovery Rebate Credit on the 2020 tax return can be seized by the IRS for debts owed or back taxes owed.
