Your transmission didn't go through.

I have been trying to e-file my taxes for the past month unsuccessful. I keep getting the following.

Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
We had a problem while saving your return for filing. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.


I have cleared my cookies, changed my browser and tried submitting via phone all with the same results.
