You will still go through the healthcare section to answer if you had healthcare or not. You can use the steps below to enter your 1095-B information.
To Enter Form 1095-B:
1. Go to the search bar in the top right and enter "1095-B"
2. Select "Jump to, 1095-B"
3. Proceed to answer the questions by following the directions below
4.
Answer "We All Had Health Insurance Coverage All
Year" or "I'll pick who had it and in which months"
(whichever applies)
5. Answer "No" to "Was anyone enrolled in a
plan from HealthCare.gov or another Marketplace in 2016?" (Unless
someone was, employer coverage is not a marketplace plan)
6. It should then say "That's all we need on your 2016 coverage"
If you have a 1095-B, a form titled Health Coverage, the IRS does NOT need any details from this form. You can keep any 1095-B forms you get from your health insurance company or the government agency that sponsors your plan for your records. Follow the directions below to verify your coverage on your return.
I do that but when I click the link it still asked if I have a 1095-A or don't, it doesn't give me the option to enter a 1095-B or 1095-C.

The answer above was for a prior tax year, not for tax year 2019.
A Form 1095-B and a Form 1095-C are not entered on a tax return. Only a Form 1095-A is entered on a tax return.
