I've had a recurring subscription for a number of years. Just now, though, it said I was not an Advantage member so I followed directions thinking it would eventually sort itself out. However, I think it just signed me up again.

Also, your user information indicates you are asking the question from a Mac with OS 10.9.
Turbotax for the Mac will require OS 10.11 or higher (El Capitan, Sierra, or High Sierra). If you can't upgrade your Mac or buy a new one, and if you can't use Turbotax on a PC, you may need to cancel all your Advantage subscriptions and use Turbotax Online.
(Turbotax online is an inferior experience if you are used to and like the desktop installed program. But if you can't upgrade your Mac to at least El Capitan, you will have limited options.)
