Wrong value from Schedule AI being transferred to Form 2210

Schedule AI line 27 column (a) should transfer to Form 2210 line 10 column (a) correct? On my tax return, Form 2210 row 10 column (a) doesn't match Schedule AI line 27 column (a) and it's also not 25% of Form 2210 line 9, so I don't know where the value is coming from
