I will be working in NYC in hybrid model ( 3 days in office) and 2 days from VA ( resident state) ; Can you please help me with what taxes will I pay/owe. Also, will I be eligible for Local Taxes in NYC?

Some additional information is needed.
Will you have a permanent place of residence (like an apartment) or will you be staying in hotels?
How many total days of the year will you be physically located in NYC (including possibly weekends); 182 or less; or 183 or more?
Is this arrangement required by your employer, or is it for your convenience. (For example, if your employer could provide you with a 5 day a week office, but you choose not, then it is for your convenience. If your employer requires that you work 2 days out of state, such as to service clients in VA, then your arrangement is for your employer's convenience.)

It will be 182 days or less if I calculate the time I would be living in NYC.
My employer wants me to work 2 days remote and is agreed for me to work from VA.
Majority of my stay would be either at Hotels / temp. accommodation.
