The amount of my withholding tax has changed for 2022. I need to change it on the Estimated Tax Payment options form so my vouchers are correct. It will not let me do so. It is set at 2021 actual withholding and that will not work. It will not let me change it. How can I do this?

You mean on the 1040ES forms? You can literally just use a pen, cross out the amount printed on it and write in the amount you are paying. Just keep an accurate record for yourself to enter on your 2022 return.
Are you using the Online version? I just tried it. I got this screen that let me type in my estimated 2022 income and withholding. Where are you stuck?
I’m using Mac TurboTax Deluxe. On the Estimated Tax Payment Options form, my actual withholding for 2021 is entered. I need to adjust it to what is is in 2022. It will not let me change it.

You can go through that section again and change the amounts for next year's estimated tax payments. As stated above, it doesn't matter what number is printed on the form, but you can print out updated ones if you haven't filed yet.
