Will someone tell me why they are trying to charge me for both State and Federal. It said I would be charged for State. It did not say Federal.

All of the Online products except Free Edition have a fee to prepare a Federal return and a fee to prepare a State return.  You appear to be using the online Deluxe Edition.

BTW, did you happen to purchase desktop software (CD/download), but used Online TurboTax by mistake?  If so, we can tell you some options.

NOTE:  Be aware that you could avoid an extra service fee if you pay any fees upfront with credit/debit card.  If you were to choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California residents.)
