You are comparing apples and oranges. You are posting from online software which is priced differently from the CD/download software. And.....retailers can set their own prices....so Costco can charge what it wants and does not have to match the price on the TT website for the CD/download. All that being said----Costco's price is better and if you can use the CD/download----buy the software at Costco.

TT Online includes Feefree federla and State efile/
Thank you for your quick response!
$110 is the current price on TT for the Desktop (CD/download) Federal and State version. Costco's might be Federal only, so be sure to check. In any case, retailers are able to charge less since they do not have to provide staff to answer income tax and software questions.
Because Intuit is more greedy a corporate than Costco.
The online version allows you to e-file 1 federal and 1 state return, at the cost of $110.
The Costco version allows you to e-file 5 federal and 1 state return, at the cost of $70. And it also allows you to paper file unlimited number of federal returns.
Obviously, no one should buy the online version of the Turbotax.
@davizhao Some users might not have a computer they can install it on and have to use the Online web version. And you can not compare the Online version prices with the Desktop CD/Download program. They are completely separate and work different and have different features. Even if you are comparing the same version like Deluxe or Premier.
Where do you see $110 for online for federal and state?
