I've restarted 3 times. Still get very high numbers that are incorrect. I did not pay 17,000 in federal taxes. Program will not allow to revise. Any help??

It may be that the tax you had withheld from your pay is entered wrong. To correct this, you need to go back over your W-2 entries. Also, you would have to review the entries for any other tax forms, such as 1099 forms, that had tax withheld reported on them.

If you paid estimated taxes, you would have to review those entries.

If you are having trouble getting the program to work properly on your computer, you may have to clear the cache on your computer as follows:

It may also help to load up your Turbotax online program by using a different web browser, such as Google or Edge.
