This was just fixed in TurboTax this afternoon. Try it again and see if the missing values are there now. Make sure you entered your Form 1095-A correctly. The values in 11a and 11b come from the 1095-A. If you are using the CD/Download TurboTax software, make sure it is updated. There was an update today that fixed this problem.
The amount on line 27 of your form 8962 may be correct. If you had coverage for the entire year and the amounts in each row of form 1095-A are the same, the instructions for Form 8962 may allow you to check box 10 "Yes", then enter the total of column F of your form 1095-A in row 11 on form 8962, column F, and then skip to line 24. It will not affect the calculations on the form.
