If you are having an issue on the website then clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Close the browser. Relaunch the browser. Sign onto your TurboTax account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
If the problem for you persists then change your web browser.
I have rebooted my computer twice. turbo tax stopped after i entered one 1099 misc.
