Did you start the 2020 tax return with tax data transferred from a prior year return when you were married? If so, you need to create a new online account since you are no longer married.

If you are divorced you should not be using an account that was previously used for a joint return with your now "ex." You need your own TurboTax account with a different user ID. You should have done that after the divorce--is this the first time you have filed since the divorce? You do not want to transfer data from a 2019 joint return to a new 2020 return if any data at all is there about your spouse. It is too hard to remove it and will cause errors when you try to e-file.
Are you in the right account? You should have your own account now.
If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year. You can not remove a spouse or switch the order of names.
Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version
See if you have another more current account. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
