@lemonwhale Are you looking at a summary that netted out the difference between a federal tax owed and a state refund--or vice versa? TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due. Your TT account will always display the results of the tax returns you prepared using the software, and will not update to show whether you paid the IRS or state.
The program will show the amount you owe even if you already paid the amount. That is how the program works. TurboTax does not get any information on when the IRS or State withdraws your payments. As long as your return has been accepted, your payment went through.
Thanks!!! Why is amount due/paid/ accepted 298ish, but amount showing still due only 93?
@lemonwhale Did you update the program and something changed? It should show the amount you owe, unless you amended your return.
No changes, none of the above. Thanks for your assistance though 🙂

That would seem to be the best explanation, it does seem to be the difference between federal paid & state return,? Thanks!
