Why is it saying I’m only getting $63 back for taxes

Your refund is based on the taxes you paid in during the year along with any credits available to you. Another post of mine may help you with determining what is best for you with your employer. You can review the IRS website on deductions and credits . If any apply, go back through the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax.
