Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.

WHat if you on the app? i ned to file but it is just stuck in a loop

There may be a problem with your phone and the app.  You can delete the app and re-install it and then try logging in again.  Or you can try moving over and finishing up on a desktop or laptop.
