Why am I unable to check the box for "Tax ID Num not available or if business located outside of Hawaii"? for the HI Information Worksheet for my self-employment income?

Keeps notifying me that I can't file my HI state return because of missing business tax ID number but wont' let me check the box for no number.

I am trying to locate the the worksheet that is used for Depreciation and Amortization which shows the asset details, depreciaiton taken and remaining basis from tax 2023
